The process is simple and works like this:

· If you decide to keep your purchase then the shipping is free.
· If for some reason you wish to return any merchandise within the specified time then you will be responsible for the original shipping cost incurred to ship the product to you.
· This charge will be deducted even if free shipping was marked on your order.
· We can only pay for your shipping if your keep your order. All of our customers believe this is fair. If you do not agree with this policy then please do not place and order with our company.
· We do not pick up any products in the event of a return. You will be responsible to ship all merchandise to the correct warehouse within the time from allowed (30 days).

What's Returnable and What's Not?

We will not accept Electronics opened products, such as Software, Videos, DVD's, Vtech Cartridges and Music Cd's. In order to accept this products, must be returned on the original unopened packaging.
· Malfunctioning Toys will be accepted on the 30 days return policy. Every retuned Toy after this period of time will be resend to you and will be charged to you the shipping cost of return it.
· All returns for malfunctioning products will be tested by our technical specialty team in order to verify if in fact their damaged. If our specialist does not encounter any errors or problems on the product it will be returned to you with a notification of the test and the shipping cost will be charge to your credit card.
